I used this company for an elderly family member for years, and you'll never find a nicer person to deal with than John. He is so accommodating, I felt like I was dealing with a true friend. Called Diapers Direct to ask if I can have a price list emailed for my elderly aunt who is very ill .I couldn't get pricing on the website because it's down.Mr. Kim claims he had no time.John Kim is rude .He's abrupt .He has no tact .He has no empathy.He doesn't value his clients.He cares only about $.The only thing good about this business is , they deliver and the prices are competitive
